2006 "Rainbow Backpack" Drive
The 2006 Rainbow Backpacks school supply drive has been another success this year. 540 backpacks, each with a year's worth of school supplies, were assembled and delivered to children in Mexico and inner-city children in Los Angeles and Detroit.
People from all over the U.S. contributed to the effort directly in supplies and packs and in cash donations. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made these smiles possible and made another year of education possible as well for these kids.
